Customer will choose desired mode of shipping at time of check out. Please allow 3-5 business days for order to process before shipment after receiving full payment of item and shipping address. Please ensure your shipping and contact addresses & phone numbers are correct at time of purchase as Charm City Threads is not responsible for your item after its in the hand of the post office.

Shipping rates are reflective of individual items, weight, size current postal rate and shipping material costs. Rates are reflected by the most economical shipping rates at time of purchase. If you select $1.00 'sticker' shipping rate your order will not be tracked and will be sent via First Class Mail - Stamped Envelope. Charm City Threads is not responsible for any lost or stolen orders shipped with 'First Class Mail - Stamped Envelope.' For tracking or insured items please choose that option at check out.

Delays:

Please note you may experience shipping delays due to COVID-19 and post office delays. Including but not limited to major holidays and bank holidays based on the United States calendar. Charm City Threads is not responsible for delays of this nature.
