Refund policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Refunds and returns will not be accepted unless one of the following scenarios apply.

Exceptions:

Exceptions will be made only in the case that you are sent an incorrect item. If you feel you have been sent an incorrect item please contact us via hello@charmcitythreads.com with your order number, a description of the error and photographs of the item shipped to you. Refunds are not guaranteed and will be viewed on a case by case basis. In the event of an exception you will be expected to mail the items back to Charm City Threads at cost to you. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method otherwise a refund will not be issued. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Vintage Items:

All measurements and condition for vintage items will be noted in the description. Please review these details thoroughly before making a purchase. Refunds will not be given for vintage items at any time, no exceptions.

Charm City Threads reserves the right to refuse any refund as we see fit.
